Apple is hiring an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer for its Core Tech team to lead end-to-end development of highly automated, complex manufacturing processes from early concept and Design for Manufacturability through mass production. The role covers automation design, product engineering, process engineering, testing, failure analysis, validation, and data analysis, with expertise in robotics, machine vision, precision process engineering, and advanced manufacturing. Candidates need a BSME or equivalent, at least five years of automation engineering experience, DFM knowledge, and fluency in Mandarin and English; optics, CAD, statistical analysis, and automation-control knowledge are preferred.
