JB Poindexter & Co. is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer – Program Lead to lead multiple automation projects from concept through commissioning across manufacturing sites in North America. The role covers identifying and justifying automation opportunities, developing concepts and equipment specifications, selecting and managing vendors or system integrators, validating designs, overseeing factory and site acceptance testing, launching solutions, training operations and maintenance teams, and deploying manufacturing standards. The position requires strong manufacturing engineering and project leadership experience, expertise in automation and Lean/Six Sigma improvement, electrical and mechanical aptitude, cross-functional collaboration, and willingness to travel 75%.
