Description
GlobalFoundries Singapore is seeking a Process & Equipment Engineering Intern to support wafer fabrication operations. Paired with an assigned engineer, the intern will help with equipment preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, tool installation and repair, process recovery standardization, inline process control analysis, early problem detection, production optimization, and quality-improvement projects. The role requires an active bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or science field, good academic standing, at least 40 hours per week, and availability for a 16–24 week credit-bearing internship starting January 2027.
