Description
Vertiv is hiring an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to lead and oversee multiple manufacturing projects for its Thermal Business Unit, including Monterrey #2 operations start, product transfers, new product introduction, process improvements, capital projects, manufacturing readiness, prototype builds, and global manufacturing standards. The role coordinates with design engineering, program management, and operations teams and requires a BSME, IE, or business operations management degree plus 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, with MSME, IE, MBA, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma qualifications preferred. The position does not provide work authorization sponsorship.
