Description
Boston Materials is hiring an Advanced Manufacturing Manager to lead the commissioning and ongoing operation of high-volume manufacturing lines. The role partners with equipment and process engineering teams to develop production workflows, implement MES and related digital tools, establish line readiness and qualification protocols, translate developmental materials processes into repeatable manufacturing, and manage quality, safety, and continuous improvement. The position requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant engineering or materials science discipline, experience transitioning materials-based processes from development or pre-pilot settings to controlled manufacturing, and familiarity with manufacturing software, process control, and QA/QC systems.
