The Advanced Manufacturing Technical Trainer delivers competency-based technical training in classroom, laboratory, virtual, and industrial settings to incumbent workers, employer-sponsored trainees, workforce development participants, and other adult learners. The role includes assessing learner progress, maintaining training records, preparing and maintaining laboratory equipment, developing and improving training materials, and collaborating with training and curriculum teams. It is a full-time, salaried position paying $61,200.00, with possible work on days, evenings, or weekends, and requires an associate degree in a related field plus five years of manufacturing experience.
