Inetum is hiring an advanced technical support professional to administer, automate, and resolve complex incidents in a Microsoft hybrid infrastructure. The role covers L2/L3 support for Outlook, Exchange, and M365; Azure Entra ID, conditional access, MFA, and hybrid synchronization; SharePoint Online administration; PowerShell automation; and ADConnect/MIM identity provisioning. Candidates need 2–3 years of advanced support or M365 systems administration experience, strong Azure and hybrid-environment knowledge, SharePoint and PowerShell proficiency, and a university degree or higher vocational qualification in computer science and communications.
