Qualcomm Semiconductor Limited is hiring a Staff Advanced Node Process and Yield Diagnostics Engineer to drive yield learning, process optimization, root-cause analysis, and yield ramping for advanced-node semiconductor technologies. The role covers diagnostics across wafer fabrication, wafer sort, final test, and system-level validation; correlates process, product, and test data; develops yield models and dashboards; and collaborates with foundry, process integration, product, test, design, failure analysis, and quality teams. Candidates need an M.S. or Ph.D. in a relevant field, 5+ years of semiconductor industry experience, advanced-node expertise, and proficiency with semiconductor fabrication, yield analytics, and data-analysis tools.
