The employer is seeking a part-time, 1099 independent-contractor Nurse Practitioner specializing in Pain Management to evaluate and treat patients with acute and chronic pain in homes and residential facilities across Florida. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, individualized treatment planning, medication and non-pharmacological interventions, progress monitoring, coordination with healthcare providers, patient education, and documentation. The role requires an active Florida Nurse Practitioner license, specialty experience, independent clinical management, and the ability to handle 60–80 patient visits per week; compensation is based on per-visit and per-procedure rates, and the schedule is Monday through Friday with holidays off.
