The Advanced Nursing Director will lead, coach, coordinate, and support local health network nurses and midwives, direct reports, and multidisciplinary teams within the South Australian health system. The role focuses on patient and client care standards, nursing and midwifery practice standards, system and process improvement, cost-effective service delivery, and coordinated management of patient flow, demand management, and inter-facility flows. It is a full-time permanent position in Adelaide Metro Western, pays $176,010, requires a National Police Certificate and immunisation compliance, and may involve out-of-hours and on-call work.
