Description
The Advanced Operations Engineer leads new product introduction and process development for Printed Circuit Board Assemblies, guiding products from concept through production release. The role supports SMT, through-hole, box build, and test processes; develops manufacturing flows, work instructions, and tooling; leads first builds, pilot runs, and ramp-up; improves yield and process capability; supports root-cause investigations; and coordinates with customers, quality, supply chain, program management, and production.
