TechInsights is hiring an Advanced Packaging Process Analyst to join its Technology team and analyze semiconductor devices using advanced packaging process technology. The role involves building process flows, measuring critical dimensions, interpreting SEM, TEM, EDS, EELS, and FIB results, writing technical reports and blogs, monitoring heterogeneous integration trends, supporting project teams, and answering customer questions. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, strong advanced packaging knowledge, and at least five years of industry experience in foundry or OSAT advanced packaging unit processes. The position is based in Ottawa, Ontario, with five days in the office, and offers an expected salary range of $160,000 to $170,000 CAD.
