Applied Materials is hiring a Process Support Engineer in Hwaseong-Lucestar, Korea, to support semiconductor advanced packaging inspection systems from customer evaluations through production qualification. The role leads macro optical inspection applications for HBM, 2.5D/3D packaging, hybrid bonding, and other advanced packaging technologies; defines deployment and qualification plans; analyzes inspection data; troubleshoots complex process and customer issues; and supports customer technical reviews, product roadmaps, and business growth. The position requires at least six years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, inspection, metrology, yield engineering, or advanced packaging, along with strong project management, technical leadership, communication, and international travel capabilities.
