Applied Materials is hiring a full-time Advanced Packaging Integration Engineer in Santa Clara, California, to lead process integration for high-performance interconnects and micro-LED panels. The role involves developing hybrid bonding, 2.5D/3D heterogeneous integration, and other advanced packaging flows; managing complex technical projects; designing experiments and analyzing data; collaborating with foundries, OSATs, suppliers, and cross-functional teams; and delivering production-ready solutions. The position requires a Ph.D. or M.S. in a relevant STEM field, hands-on advanced packaging experience, statistical process optimization skills, and strong collaboration and problem-solving abilities. The salary range is $161,000 to $221,000, with 10% travel and relocation eligibility.
