Description
Marvell is hiring an Advanced Packaging Intern to evaluate package and PCB designs for challenging electrical requirements, collaborate with physical designers and IP teams to optimize electrical performance, and execute signal and power integrity simulation sign-off. The role requires a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, strong knowledge of electromagnetic fundamentals, signal integrity, circuit simulation, and design methodology, along with communication, presentation, and documentation skills. The expected base pay is $31–$62 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision coverage and other intern benefits.
