Description
The High Performance Packaging Principle Integration Technologist will define advanced packaging opportunities, develop ecosystem engagement strategies, and drive business and product development from concept through proof of concept to high-volume manufacturing. The role requires deep expertise in 300mm advanced packaging technologies, equipment, processes, and integration, along with extensive external business development and ecosystem engagement experience. The position is intended for a master's-level engineer with at least 10 years of relevant experience and 7 years of collaborative external business development experience.
