Description
The position leads advanced engineering and process improvement projects in a commercial pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include complex project planning and systems design, statistical process analysis such as design of experiments, process capability and reliability improvement, GMP change control and validation, equipment/software/process start-up, deviation resolution, technical support for manufacturing operations, and cross-functional collaboration. The role is highly independent, may lead or supervise employees, supports training, and typically requires less than 5% travel.
