Description
The Medical Practice Operations Manager supervises the daily operations of a medical practice, including appointments, staffing, payroll, customer service, access to care, preauthorization referrals, clinical onboarding, insurance policies, collections, chart audits, and operational expenses. The role manages 20 or more providers and 30 or more team members, supports performance improvement and provider recruitment, and collaborates with physicians and the practice director. A bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field is preferred, while 10+ years of progressive leadership experience may substitute; 5–6 years of management experience is required.
