The VA North Texas Health Care System is hiring an Advanced Practice Nurse (Certified Nurse Practitioner) for an intermittent, fully in-person position in the Spinal Cord Injury Service in Dallas, Texas. The role provides comprehensive medical care, diagnostic evaluations, pharmacotherapy, pain and mood management, and supervises APN trainees within a multidisciplinary team. Applicants must hold a post-master's certificate or master's or doctoral degree as a Nurse Practitioner, an active unrestricted APN license, and basic board certification; preferred qualifications include two years of advanced clinical experience, veteran affairs experience, and a DEA license with full prescriptive authority.
