UVVC is hiring an Advanced Practice Provider, either a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, for an office-based vascular care role in Houston. The position evaluates and manages venous insufficiency, pelvic congestion syndrome, and peripheral arterial disease; develops treatment plans; educates patients; collaborates with supervising physicians; responds to inquiries and emergencies; and documents care in electronic medical records. Candidates need at least two years of inpatient, outpatient, or surgical experience, vascular experience, an accredited NP or PA degree, active licensure, national certification, BLS and ACLS certifications, and a DEA license or ability to obtain one.
