Description
The Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant performs independent and collaborative pediatric care, including patient visits, histories, physical examinations, diagnostic testing, treatment planning, follow-up, patient education, and medical record documentation. The role requires an active North Carolina license to practice medicine as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant and BLS/PALS certification, with extensive on-site training and support for new clinicians.
