Rocky Boy Health Center is hiring an Advanced Practice Provider, either a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, to deliver comprehensive primary and preventive healthcare in a rural tribal health setting. The role includes patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, follow-up, laboratory and imaging interpretation, medication prescribing, treatment planning, patient education, interdisciplinary collaboration, and electronic health record documentation. Applicants must hold an accredited nursing or physician assistant degree, a current Montana Advanced Practice license or ability to obtain one within 90 days, DEA registration, and BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications; tribal health, urgent care, emergency care, and related experience are desired.
