MAPEI Corporation is hiring an Advanced Process Operator to safely operate and monitor equipment that prepares, blends, processes, and packages construction chemicals and building materials. The role coordinates production workflow, supports other operators, troubleshoots equipment and process issues, maintains production records, and helps ensure quality and safety requirements are met. Candidates need at least three years of manufacturing or process experience, a high school diploma or GED, mechanical aptitude, strong communication skills, and flexibility for overtime and shift work. The position offers a base hourly pay rate of $24.74–$25.87, shift differentials, medical and dental benefits, retirement matching, and other employee perks.
