Description
The Advanced Program Manager coordinates product development for engineering changes and new or existing products, leading cross-functional teams through Gentex’s product development process. The role manages program scope, cost, schedule, quality, customer communication, and program launches, while promoting manufacturing commonality and practical production practices. It is an onsite position in Zeeland, Michigan and requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 5–7 years of applicable product development or manufacturing experience.
