Description

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Advanced Program Manager for Ottava, a field-based role focused on managing and developing a team of Advanced Program Specialists. The manager will be responsible for creating, launching, and scaling robotic surgery programs globally, partnering with Clinical Sales and Capital Sales, and ensuring successful program activation and adoption. This role requires extensive travel, direct engagement in the field, and a commitment to fostering a scalable foundation for program growth.
