Android Industries is hiring an Advanced Quality Engineer to support quality activities at business-unit-centric plants and provide quality leadership during pre-production builds through the exit gate. The role leads PPAP preparation, APQP, control-plan development, PFMEA, customer PPAP approvals, launch support, root-cause analysis, SPC monitoring, and quality-system improvements. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering, at least five years of quality engineering experience including three years in automotive manufacturing or assembly, and knowledge of APQP, PFMEA, control plans, and IATF 16949. Travel is required, and candidates residing in California or Colorado are ineligible for remote positions.
