Molex is hiring an Advanced Quality Planning Engineer in Lisle, Illinois to support new-product and product-modification launches through advanced quality planning, design and process FMEA, measurement and qualification, tool and process audits, supplier documentation review, complaint resolution, and continuous improvement. The role requires a BS degree in engineering or a related field, 5–8 years of quality engineering or related experience, strong statistical and metrology knowledge, and the ability to travel 5–10%. The position offers $100,000–$120,000 annually plus variable pay and does not qualify for visa sponsorship.
