Molex is hiring an Advanced Quality Planning Engineer in Naperville, Illinois, to support new-product and product-modification launches through advanced quality planning, FMEA, control plans, measurement systems, qualification, audits, supplier documentation, complaint resolution, and continuous improvement. The role requires a BS degree in engineering or a related field, 5–8 years of quality engineering or related experience, strong statistical and metrology knowledge, and the ability to travel 5–10%. The position offers a base salary of $90,000–$110,000 per year plus variable pay and benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
