Description
Molex is hiring an Advanced Quality Planning Manager to lead the Advanced Product Quality Program for the Americas Design Center and Lincoln, Nebraska plant within its Transportation Solutions Business Unit. The role directs AQP engineers through APQP, PPAP, product and process qualification, launch activities, customer requirements, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement, while supervising direct reports and supporting quality systems such as IATF-16949. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business, or a related field, at least eight years of APQP experience, and at least four years in a supervisory or management role.
