Crown Autobody and Glass is hiring a full-time Advanced Repair Planner/Estimator to estimate and blueprint vehicle repairs, dismantle and reassemble vehicles, document damage, capture labor and parts operations, and coordinate with production, parts, customer service, and MPI teams. The role requires at least two years of autobody estimation training or experience, familiarity with Mitchell Connect or similar software, strong organization and time-management skills, and the ability to drive a manual transmission.
