The role supports automotive interior-trim manufacturing by providing secondary tooling design, fixture build management, supplier coordination, PPAP and preproduction support, manufacturing troubleshooting, cost negotiations, and process optimization. It requires 7–10 years of machine or fixture design experience, knowledge of automotive secondary operations, strong project and negotiation skills, and 35–40% heavy travel to CLIENT plants and supplier locations.
