Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring an Advanced Services Manager for its HPE Networking services organization. The onsite role will manage a team of engineers and technical service advisors responsible for producing and delivering defect and bug reports, customer product health reports, reviewing open cases, RMAs, and bugs, and providing remote consulting across Juniper routing, switching, security, and cloud products. The manager will also lead customer experience, service quality, process improvement, automation, and team development, with networking, automation, network support, DevOps, consulting, and Juniper product knowledge preferred.
