Feedzai is hiring an Advanced Customer Success Engineer to serve as a technical advisor and implementation partner for enterprise customers. The role focuses on designing and extending Java-based solutions, configuring integrations, troubleshooting production issues, optimizing application performance, leading implementations and go-lives, and mentoring engineers. Candidates need at least seven years of professional software engineering experience, strong Java and SQL skills, enterprise integration experience, and production troubleshooting expertise; cloud, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL experience are preferred or nice to have.
