Description
The Advanced Software Engineer will lead requirements management, software engineering, system testing, and acceptance testing for complex Salesforce-based software development and integration initiatives at MTA Headquarters. The role may own high-value services or products, manage suppliers and contracts, conduct quality and safety assurance assessments, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor less experienced staff. It is based in New York City, offers teleworking eligibility, and requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, at least eight years of relevant experience, and a professional certification in a software or related domain.
