The role combines subject-matter expertise, regulatory compliance, evidence-based product design, end-to-end delivery management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership. It requires a degree or equivalent, experience in education, qualifications, or assessment development, and project-management experience; teaching, sector, digital-learning, and AI-related experience are desirable.
