Description
Outwood Academy Hindley is hiring an Advanced Teaching Assistant to support student achievement across physical and online learning environments. The role delivers targeted interventions and learning activities to individuals and small groups, monitors progress, implements statutory development plans, supports students with SEND, EAL, and gifted/talented needs, provides short-term cover, manages resources, and invigilates exams. It requires a Level 3 qualification relating to working with children and young people, school or children-and-young-people experience, and experience supporting students in small-group or one-to-one situations. The position is 30 hours per week during term time plus one week, Monday to Friday, with a stated salary of £18,964.73 to £20,107.77.
