EOA Technologies LLC is offering a SkillBridge Internship for an Advanced Technician II specializing in Cable & Telecommunication Infrastructure. This program focuses on developing leadership skills, team support, and business readiness for participants who have significant military leadership experience or advanced technical knowledge. The intern will learn to lead crews, manage daily operations, plan work, allocate resources, track progress, interface with clients and stakeholders, and ensure safety, quality, and performance standards. Key areas of focus include mentorship, project planning, customer interaction, and transitioning from military to civilian leadership.
