The role involves overseeing advanced technology projects and installations, serving as the main customer contact, managing schedules, conducting IT assessments, and providing customer support for existing technology clients. The manager will lead post-sale project management for Raymond product lines such as iWarehouse, Integrated Tether, ObjectSense, FieldSense, iTrack, and Real Time Location System.
