Description
The Advanced Technology Engineer leads engineering and technology projects that automate and optimize manufacturing processes, particularly grinding and advanced manufacturing technologies. The role oversees onsite implementation and coordination, manages test pilots and KPIs, supports efficiency and operational excellence initiatives, develops manufacturing procedures and workflows, evaluates automation and productivity improvements, and collaborates with vendors to research, design, test, and scale new methods, software, and equipment. The position is based at Harvey Performance Company’s facility in Gorham, Maine.
