Description
The Adventure Program Coordinator manages and expands ski school, summer youth, and other mountaineer programs at Marquette Mountain Resort. The role supervises instructors and guests, hires and trains seasonal staff, schedules personnel, maintains guest safety and service, and supports program operations across varied terrain and weather. It requires a high school diploma, supervisory and instructing experience, strong communication and organizational skills, advanced skiing or snowboarding ability, and availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation is $20.00 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
