Mercer is hiring a Superannuation Strategy and Change Manager to support its intrafund and retail advice proposition. The role involves developing advice strategy, translating data and stakeholder insights into recommendations, leading change initiatives, managing adviser and licensee relationships, overseeing supplier governance and risk controls, and contributing to regulatory and strategic projects. It is based in Sydney or Melbourne and requires a hybrid arrangement with at least three office days per week.
