Description
The Cash app AR Team Leader will manage cash application and accounts receivable activities for French-speaking clients, oversee cash allocation and customer accounts, resolve payment disputes, support forecasting and reporting, and lead continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives. The role also leads and develops AR team members, manages performance, and ensures workload balancing and process efficiency. It requires 4–6 years of AR or order-to-cash experience, supervisory experience, ERP knowledge, fluency in French and English, and a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
