Description
The Civil Engineering Advisor will support integrated civil engineering projects in and around Rotterdam by analyzing complex challenges, risks, designs, estimates, specifications, and contract documents. The role provides practical advice on project approach, phasing, contract strategy, procurement and tender plans, risk mitigation, and the impact of plans and drawings on budgets, while consulting clients, contractors, and partners. The position requires analytical, critical, and collaborative thinking, preferably a civil engineering or comparable technical background, knowledge of contract formation and management, and strong Dutch language skills.
