Learning Network is hiring a full-time Enrollment Counselor to guide prospective students and families through school exploration, questions, enrollment applications, and the enrollment process. The role involves proactive outreach, responsive communication across phone, text, email, tickets, and virtual channels, relationship building, education about school programs, and accurate recordkeeping. It requires a fixed Denver schedule with one weekend shift, remote work, and availability for travel to assigned testing locations for proctoring. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of sales, admissions, enrollment, customer service, or related experience, and the ability to pass background checks; an associate's or bachelor's degree, education-related experience, Salesforce, Asana, and Spanish fluency are preferred.
