This role involves applying diverse modeling expertise to develop computational models that enhance decision-making for designing new and improving existing manufacturing processes globally. The advisor will utilize various modeling techniques, including physical property simulations, unit operations, scale-up, numerical and multiphysics simulation, discrete-event simulation, and logistics optimization, focusing particularly on Digital Twin computational models aligned with Lilly's Engineering Digital Strategy. The position requires a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field, along with four years of relevant experience.
