RSA is hiring a Senior Analyst, Security & Risk to protect production corporate environments and product and R&D spaces. The role involves second-level incident response, on-call security operations, tuning SIEM, SOAR, XDR/EDR, WAF, and NGFW tools, applying identity and Zero Trust controls, advising engineering on secure-by-design practices, documenting and automating security work, and communicating findings to technical and non-technical audiences. Candidates need 4–6 years of cybersecurity operations experience or 2+ years with a master’s degree, along with production cloud and on-premises security experience, identity and Zero Trust knowledge, networking and operating-system skills, and strong communication abilities.
