The role combines ownership governance—monitoring the municipality’s interests in intermunicipal companies, joint task communities, host municipality collaborations, and limited companies—with analysis and leadership of development and efficiency projects. Responsibilities include preparing analyses and decision-making materials, leading change processes, and following up on the results of improvement measures. The position requires relevant higher education or equivalent experience, experience leading analysis or improvement processes, strong digital and communication skills, and the ability to translate ideas into feasible measures.
