Description
The Advisor, Brokerage Practices Evolution leads and coordinates insurance-practice transformation initiatives and projects, serving as an initiative lead and subject-matter expert for L’Unique General Insurance’s brokerage vice-presidency. The role involves requirements writing, refinement, user testing, business-solution analysis, process improvement, documentation, operational representation, and collaboration with quality, performance, management, training, change management, product, and business analysis teams. Candidates need a college diploma in insurance, relevant university education, or CIP designation, plus 5–7 years of project-based experience in insurance and financial services, along with knowledge of insurance business areas, commercial insurance, information technology, and agile concepts.
