Wealth Enhancement is seeking an Advisor Marketing Operations & Enablement Manager to strengthen and scale their Advisor Marketing function. This role involves leading a team of Program Specialists and shared support resources, ensuring efficient and consistent support aligned with growth priorities. The manager will focus on reducing rework, improving platform adoption, strengthening documentation, and transforming marketing tactics into repeatable resources. Additionally, they will champion AI adoption, identifying practical uses of approved AI tools to enhance speed, documentation, training, resource creation, workflow efficiency, and team effectiveness.
