Ramboll is hiring an EHS and Compliance Consultant to support clients in understanding, implementing, and monitoring environmental, occupational health and safety requirements. The role leads compliance audits and regulatory assessments, identifies gaps and risks, develops EHS management systems, prepares audit reports and recommendations, and contributes to client development and global service delivery. Candidates need relevant higher education and 3–5 years of experience in EHS, HSE, compliance, auditing, or management systems, with industrial experience and knowledge of Norwegian and EU legislation advantageous.
